Anthem Church Policies and Guidelines

Our goal is to maintain the highest standards in order to protect both the volunteers and the children. To prevent the allegations of child abuse or to prevent the actual occurrence of child abuse, all volunteers are to follow the guidelines listed in the Volunteer Handbook. Anyone who works with the children at Anthem Church is subject to the supervision and evaluation of the Anthem Kids Staff. In order to maintain our goal, the Anthem Church staff and elders reserves the right to dismiss volunteers who fail to follow the Anthem Kids ministry policies and guidelines listed in Anthem Kids Volunteer Handbook.

“As a volunteer in Anthem Kids, I realize that I am entrusted with helping kids find their way back to God. In doing this I commit to first be on my own mission of finding my way back to God. I understand that in order to lead others towards God in an authentic relationship with Him I myself need to be following Him and His will for my life. I am not perfect but I am trying my best to serve God and others on my own journey as I find my way back to God."

I hereby give Anthem Church permission to conduct a background check by contacting any listed references or any appropriate government agency or any private investigation agency. I also agree that Anthem Church has the right to remove me from service at any time, if deemed necessary.
